Make it personal with our personalized Yahtzee and dice game score cards. These are printed on white acrylic and can be used with dry erase and liquid chalk markers. You can chose from two different header styles, and you can order individually or in sets.
HEADER 1: This one has the personalization on the logo, but the name is open to write in whoever is playing.
HEADER 2: This one has the personalization on the logo and the name is printed too.
Each card also comes with an ultra fine dry erase pen for writing your scores, and the larger size of the score sheet makes it easy to hold and write on.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
